Eh Renegade, that's not how it works. If the show is making CN money, you can't just force it to be canceled. Besides, I highly doubt Trump would care.

Exactly. It's stupid, and utterly pointless. While I have a "meh" opinion of the show now, I at least want them to scale it back to reasonable showtimes. There's a difference between making money, and shoving your product in our faces; one can only take so much before annoyance and eventually hatred set in.

I agree that they should scale back the airing, it's ridiculous, but I really do not have a problem with it being aired a decent amount, in other words taking up most of CN's air slots but still giving breathing room for other shows, because as I've probably said a 100 times before, there is an audience for the show.

The breaking point may actually happen; there's no telling. It's either gonna happen or not. It's just it seems like a majority of the people who actually passionately hate TTG are the kind of people who brainwashingly follow people like Mr. Enter.

As for the "taking matters into their own hands" an executive order to Trump will not do anything at all. It's going to go nowhere. The president, no matter what you think of him, trust me, I hate Trump as much as most people, is not going to send an executive order to cancel a show. It's just, there's way more important matters for the POTUS.

I see any way to try to stop them, in all honesty, as just people trying to start flame wars on CN social media, and probably some petitions. I really don't see either going anywhere at all.

... ...that book series is now 20 years old, and he's only NOW starting to READ it?!  Talk about REALLY dropping the ball when it comes to being HIP!!!! 

While I CAN understand my stepdad's concerns (the target audience shouldn't be exposed to this kind of thing until they are mature enough to understand it), issues like this, in terms of how LGBT people fit into society, should be discussed as early as possible so that prejudice doesn't form later in life.

Besides, its a PG-13 rated movie. That kind of topic should be EXPECTED in a movie of that nature! And with all the VIOLENCE that's going to be featured in this movie, I think ONE lesbian character should be the LEAST of people's concerns!  It's the same mentality as Russia RESTRICTING the live-action version of "Beauty and the Beast" to people ONLY ages 16 and up, simply because Lefou is PROBABLY gay!

True. I told my stepdad the movie is PG-13, so he shouldn't worry too too much.
